FAQs | Frequently Asked Questions
Is eMA Bootcamp ONLY for Project Managers?
No, eMA Bootcamp was originally developed for corporate managers who were tasked with delivering an eLearning project. In reality, the program is applicable to ANY MANAGER who does NOT have a training development background, including: Product Managers, Sales Managers, Safety Managers, and HSE Managers. The Bootcamp curriculum is also suitable for business owners too.
In Session 1-1, there were some job titles listed that we just do not have in our company. Is eMA Bootcamp still relevant if my staff is smaller?
Yes, here is why. eMA Bootcamp identifies people with specific responsibilities and job titles normally associated with completing tasks and activities. As with many companies, sometimes people wear multiple hats. So as you go through the selection process of stakeholders feel free to assign more than one role to an individual if needed, just keeping in mind that they are fulfilling multiple roles.
I need to justify eMA Bootcamp enrollment to my boss, can you help me?
Yes, eMA Bootcamp is like “eLearning Management in a Box”, having all the knowledge you need to know in one easy-to-follow system. The cost of the program is easily justified when you can be super-organized from Day One with the ready-to-use checklists and templates that you can easily cut your planning time from days to hours.
As the Development Phase kicks in, you can easily save up to 50% in time commitments from SMEs and other company staff, because you will be organized and focused. Following the detailed checklist protocols, you will be able to save up to 50% of production costs by NOT having to re-work or re-do work.
If you follow the system, the first project can easily save $5K – $25K in production costs. That is a great return-on-investment (ROI). But your savings is just beginning, since you can use the system over and over again.
My company already has a Learning Management System (LMS) solution in place. Will eMA Bootcamp work with it?
Yes, eMA Bootcamp was created to help you plan to manage development with any type of development tools and LMS platforms. The only “brand” we mention is Microsoft Office 365 since most corporations already have Word, Excel and PowerPoint. We can even demonstrate how to use PowerPoint to create very effective training that can be easily updated.
